- 2. Bring or send your device. Visit our workshop in Antalya, or send it by courier from Alanya, Side, Manavgat, Kemer or Kaş.
- 3. Free diagnosis. We tell you what is wrong, the price and how long it will take. Nothing is done without your approval.
- 4. Repair and test. Your device is repaired, tested and returned with a 90-day warranty.

Do you repair laptops for tourists and foreign residents in Antalya?
Yes. We regularly repair laptops for foreign residents and visitors in Antalya, Alanya, Side, Kemer and Kaş. You can describe the problem in English via WhatsApp and we will reply in English.
How long does a laptop repair take?
Diagnosis is free and usually done the same day. Software issues, fan cleaning, SSD upgrades and repairs with parts in stock are usually finished the same day. Repairs that need ordered parts take a few business days; we tell you the exact time and price before starting.
Can you replace a keyboard with a non-Turkish layout?
Keyboard availability depends on the laptop model and layout (UK, US, German, Russian, Scandinavian). Send us your model number and a photo of the keyboard and we will check part availability before you visit.
I am in Alanya or Kaş. Do I have to come to Antalya?
No. You can send your laptop by courier. We diagnose it, tell you the price, repair it after your approval and send it back. Software problems can often be fixed remotely without sending the device.
Are you an authorized service for a specific brand?
No. Protech Bilgisayar is an independent repair shop founded in 2014. For devices still under manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first. Our repairs come with a 90-day warranty.
