1. Service Scope

Protech Bilgisayar operates as an independent technical repair center in Antalya, Turkey. We provide hardware diagnosis, component replacement, and software maintenance services.

2. Warranty Terms

Hardware repairs performed by our technicians include a 90-day parts and labor warranty covering the specific fault repaired. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, subsequent liquid ingress, or unauthorized third-party tampering.

3. Independent Repair Status

Protech Bilgisayar is an independent repair workshop and is not affiliated with or an authorized service center of laptop manufacturers such as Asus, Lenovo, HP, Dell, Acer, Apple, or MSI. We are an authorized reseller for Epson and Canon printing solutions.
